Turkmen Health exhibition is dedicated to showcasing health services, medicine, medical equipment and will be hosted at the Congress Hall, situated within the CCI Turkmenistan Building on Chandybil Street, Ashgabat, from October 10th to 12th, 2024.
The number of participating countries in this annual meeting increases every year, offering new ideas and approaches based on innovative technologies and extensive international cooperation. Representatives from various fields of health services, medicine and the medical industry from more than 20 countries around the world participate in the exhibition. Among them are over 150 foreign companies producing pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumables, as well as various medical services and a wide range of natural products.
Participating countries include Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Germany, the USA, France, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Poland, Türkiye, India, China, and others. Notable participants in the medical industry include Seda Medical, Philips, Vichy, Horiba, Olympus, B. Braun, Sandoz, Roche, Zimmer, as well as companies such as Bionorica, Siemens, Askin and Co, Medtronic, Getinge, Alves, Orica, and many others.
Turkmenistan Health Sector
Turkmenistan's health sector has seen significant development through adopted programs aimed at continuous improvement and modernization. These initiatives, in accordance with the state program "Health" developed by the national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, have led to the establishment of health diagnostic centers, multipurpose hospitals, sanatoriums, and pharmaceutical production plants in the capital city of Ashgabat and regions across the country. This year, significant additions to the health infrastructure include the Children's Rehabilitation Centre and the Rehabilitation Centre named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in the city of Arkadag. Additionally, facilities such as the Ministry of Health and its components, the Multidisciplinary Hospital, the Oncology Centre, the Mother and Child Health Care Centre, the "Tiz Domo" Centre, the Health Home, and the Health Car Company have commenced operations, further contributing to the advancement of Turkmenistan's healthcare system.
